Withdrawal from the purchase contract

Persuant to the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the contract was concluded remotely or outside the seller's business premises, within fourteen (14) days. If the subject of the contract is the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or:
a) the last item of goods, if the consumer has ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately,
b) the last part or piece of goods, if the delivery consists of multiple parts or pieces, or
c) the first delivery of goods, if the contract provides for regular delivery of goods over an agreed period.

Important Information for Consumers:

The consumer may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The withdrawal must be sent in writing or electronically to the seller’s contact details.
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the nature of the goods prevents their return by usual postal means.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.
The seller will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days from receiving the notice of withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods or proof of their return shipment.

This form should be completed and sent to the seller only if you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract under the terms stated above. The form must be printed, signed, and sent (or personally delivered) to the seller (or enclosed with the returned goods) or emailed as a scanned document to the seller's email address. This notice of withdrawal must be sent within the required time frame.

Information for Consumers:

The buyer must return or hand over the goods to the seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
The goods (including accessories) must be returned at the buyer’s own expense to the seller’s registered office (business premises) at:

The deadline is considered met if the buyer sends the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Goods sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted by the seller.
The seller will confirm receipt of the completed withdrawal form without undue delay.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller is not obligated to refund the received payment before receiving the returned goods or before the buyer provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The seller is not obliged to accept returned goods that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging during transport. Therefore, it is essential to ensure the goods are carefully packed and secured against damage during return shipment.
