In case of your dissatisfaction, you can return the goods, which are in the original packaging, undamaged and complete, within 14 days and request a refund or exchange of the goods. Send the goods as an insured consignment at your own expense back to the address indicated on the invoice. If you want to return the money, it will be sent to you in the form of a postal order or to a bank account. We do not reimburse postage that is associated with returning the goods.

COMPLAINTS OF TRANSPORT SERVICES

All shipments are properly insured for transport. Please inspect the shipment carefully in front of the carrier and in case of damage to the packaging (crumpled, torn, soggy ...) write a report on the damage and do not accept the shipment. Don't make sure the shipment is not well secured. The goods are treated very carefully so that they arrive to you in order.
